How does the product delivery system work?
Delivery of products There is one type of delivery Royal Mail Next Day Delivery-Delivered within 1 working day from dispatch. This applies to orders placed before 14:30, Monday to Friday

UDV -UK accepts all types of digital payments like Credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking etc

How can we ensure product authenticity?
All products are 100% original and sourced from Ulric de Varens. Any customers that claim against this can return the items in their full original packaging, via the Client, for investigation. Should the item be unsatisfactory we will refund the Client all monies including return costs up to a maximum of £4.95. If the item which has been returned is fine and as it should be, the product will be returned to the Client and a charge of £4.95 will be applied to the account for postage and repackaging.
